KITTENS!

Almost 2 months ago our (Tia's) cat had 6 sweet little kittens. One of them died at age 9 days... but the others thrived, nursed, grew, got cuter, grew some more...and then started their KITTY behavior. For the past two weeks we've really enjoy watching their antics.

Topaz, the mama, is the top picture, and "Dad the one below that. At least we "think" he is the dad. He does not belong to us and we've not seen him since the 3 romantic days he spent around our house!! (sneaky little devil, tho he may be, I named him Charcoal!

^^Count em....

there really are five kittens.^^

The day the kittens were born we had homes for them. This is good, except the three homes that four of them were going to were out of town. So, tho it's taken us time and planning, we have now delivered one.

Diamond, went to the Dallas, TX area...by me taking her to Little Rock to meet the new Adopted (human) mom, my sister. She even got adoption papers.

Diamond is very happy in her new home, tho her older (step) siblings are having a time adjusting. And now she is GINGER.... renamed, cause her owner thinks she is full of Ginger (being mischievous!)

We have four little ones left, and even tho we are truly loving and laughing at the running all around (in the house, mind you) we will be happy when we don't have the litter box to clean out 2-3 times a day.

^^They are still nursing from their mommy...

^^

These are two boys...Fluffy and Mr. Bojangles. One of these boys is going to Clarksville, TN, about 100 miles from us. The other one is going to Franklin, KY. Her name is Sparkles.

This is Sparkles....going with one of the boys...to KY. Look at that face! Such a cutey!

Jazzmyn is staying with us. I told Tia if there was a black one...we were keeping it!

Jazzmyn looks just like her daddy!

A studious or relaxed kitty, which ever you want!

or snoopy!

I'll leave you with the cutest picture....
and the truth. JAZZMYN really wrote this blog!

A note from the editor....

I'm sure you've noticed, I'm still learning to "place" pictures, words the "completed work". I guess it will come with time and practice.....(or when my younger daughter gets home from Shreveport and HELPS ME!!!
